We dont want Any IPS files because it hard to patch it
We want GBA,GB and GBC file roms
also NDS

2.To download them go to google and write COMCTL32.OCX or COMDLG32.OCX
3.Go to the Missing COMCTL32.OCX and COMDLG32.OCX Libary at here
